Entrepreneur John Cowpe was born to be on the water. Growing up on the west coast of Scotland in the town of Fairlie, famous for Fife Yachts, it’s only fitting really that John’s career has seen him sail yachts around the world, working and living his dream.

John’s earliest memories revolve around the sea and family holidays on small boats, and as he grew up he took up windsurfing, dinghy sailing, racing and working within the industry.

Having spent more than 20 years working across a range of marine activities from commercial skippering and charter operations, commissioning of new vessels, along with the management and maintenance of a diverse range of European boats.  A deep understanding of the manufacturing process and extensive experience out on the water, be it delivering vessels up the coast or racing to Hobart, ensures that Allan understands what is required to keep a boat ship shape. With an addiction to the water, on days off you’ll find Allan in, on or close by to the ocean!

Born in Sydney, Tim grew up around the waterways of NSW and developed his love of sailing into a business passion.

Tim has a wide range of experience in yacht sales and brokerage – his strength lies in the fact that so many of his clients have become good sailing friends over the years.

As National Sales Manager for Australia’s largest networked brokerage and with direct involvement in hundreds of completed transactions, there is no one more enthusiastic and qualified to look after your multihull brokerage needs.

With a superyacht captain’s background, Rowan has spent his career dealing with all aspects of boat ownership.

From choosing the right boat, as owner’s representative during the build process, to managing after-sales service and maintaining vessels to an impeccable standard, Rowan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the marine industry.

With a passion for cruising the Queensland coast, especially the Whitsundays, Rowan is a perfect fit as TMG and Eyachts’ Queensland Branch Manager.


Sales Manager (NSW & VIC)

Growing up sailing dinghies and small catamarans, his love of the water and the marine industry saw him complete a degree in Navigation and Maritime Science at Plymouth University.

He has worked around the Mediterranean and the Caribbean for many years as a skipper on catamarans – week long charters in Croatia, Greece and Bermuda were an incredible way to live out his passion.

A non-seasonal, shore-based role and an Australian partner lead to a move down under for Joe, and TMG now benefits from his professionalism, extensive sailing experience and strong customer service ethic.

Joe has skippered many a Lagoon in his time, his knowledge of the brand a great advantage for TMG’s clients.

Brendon Grieve offers the perfect combination of experience, reputation and passion to the team. Brendon has not only been sailing all his life, racing Pelicans at the age of nine and moving onto a Space Sailer 27 in his teens, but has constructed a highly-recognised name for himself which is unsurprising for someone who has been working in the marine industry for 33 years.

Beginning his career as a boatman and skipper at the ripe age of 19, going on to sell new and pre-owned boats in 1992 and then managing R Marine Perth for eight years. Brendon now owns his own brokerage.

“With a particular interest in catamarans becoming involved with The Multihull Group was a dream come true. I love sharing my passion with others wanting to get into cruising the globe on luxury cats.”

Marketing Manager

With a life spent at sea, racing Manly Juniors as a child and sailing up and down the East Coast of Australia more times than she can count, it was a natural fit for Marnie to join the The Multihull Group.

This yachting knowledge, paired with a Marketing and Media degree and over three years experience co-ordinating marketing efforts for businesses as a sole trader, makes her the ideal person to Manage TMG’s Marketing.

With a passion for adventure Marnie understands the desire to take off and travel the world. Marnie is hard-working and is motivated by the idea that she is assisting like-minded boat lovers achieve their dream, with a hope that one day she will join the thousands of Lagoon Owners with a global venture of her own.

In addition to her infectious laugh, Sue brings more than 30 years of accounts experience to the team.

Having worked initially in the mining industry and then for over 20 years in the exacting world of design and advertising, Sue is organised, calm and accurate.

Key attributes are the ability to multitask and responsive time management.

Sue is perfectly suited to the high activity levels of the business, remaining unflappable and focused, while taking on the complex accounting and admin tasks with confidence.
